Terms of Service & Travel Agreement

Operator: JourneyWell Global LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
1. Eligibility & Membership
You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of Checked Bags & Good Vibes. Checked Bags & Good Vibes is a curated, private community; membership requires administrative approval, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership at our discretion for violations of our community standards. Members may include minor travelers on a group trip only as dependents of an approved adult member.
2. Bookings, Payments, & Installments
- Payment Processing: All trip deposits, full payments, and installment plans are processed securely through Stripe.
- Schedules: If you opt for an installment plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
- Refunds & Cancellations: All bookings, custom trip deposits, and payments are subject to the specific cancellation and refund policies of the travel suppliers (resorts, cruise lines, airlines) and JourneyWell Global LLC outlined at the time of booking.
3. Custom Trip Requests
Custom trip quotes provided by JourneyWell Global LLC are based on real-time availability and pricing. Quotes are not guaranteed until the required deposit or payment is received and confirmed.
4. Community Rules & Code of Conduct
Members agree to adhere to our shared travel rules:
- Respect fellow group members in discussion boards, feeds, and during trips.
- Do not post unlawful, harassing, or inappropriate content or photos.
- Honor payment commitments made for group trips.
5. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Suppliers
JourneyWell Global LLC acts solely as an intermediary between members and independent third-party travel suppliers (airlines, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators). JourneyWell Global LLC is not liable for supplier cancellations, schedule changes, injuries, property loss, or acts of nature occurring during travel. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
